Open Door Policy
Support is one of the most important services a broker can provide.  At Nebraska Realty we believe that we not only serve our buyer and seller clients, but our REALTORS® as well.  All of our management and staff members have an open door policy that allows them to stop in and sit down or call anytime and someone will be available to help them.  We want to show our agents each day how important they are to us by delivering the best service to them that we possibly can.

Multiple Brokers/Office Managers On Call 7 Days Per Week
With one of the highest staff and management to agent ratios in our area, we always have someone available to help.  Our office managers are also available after hours to help with any contract or transactional questions.

Training Department With A Dedicated Trainer/Coach
Our New Agent Academy Director provides one-on-one training and mentoring to all new licensees that join our company through our Agent Academy program.

New Construction Manager
Provides assistance to all of our builder reps from marketing to staffing.  He is also available to help answer questions for buyer’s agents on new construction transactions.

Creative Design Coordinator
Can help provide design assistance for personal branding and marketing.

IT/Technical Assistance Manager
For almost anything technical as it relates to your business from setting up email accounts to loading printer drivers, we will make it easy for you. Friendly service staff to serve all of your needs from listing input processors, to contract processing coordinators, to our director of first impressions.  Our staff is second to none when it comes to serving the daily needs of our agents.

Accountability and Peer Collaboration Groups
Our peer groups have become very successful.  Having a group of industry peers keep you on track to help achieve your goals, pat you on the back for your successes, or pick you up and offer personal experience when you are experiencing challenges can be very helpful.
