Nebraska Realty’s exclusive new agent training program designed to help all new REALTORS® get a jump start on their career in the first 6-12 weeks. It pairs each new agent one-on-one with our company’s expert trainer, coach, and mentor. It also combines individual instruction, content-related assignments, and practical application that provide opportunities to shadow experienced REALTORS® on an appointment.
Individual Training Sessions Have Flexible Scheduling
Our trainer will help take you through your first few transactions by providing assistance with contract related questions, and help in preparing documents necessary for the purchase or listing of a property.
Our Agent Academy is not just for new agents. We offer classes for all agents interested in improving their industry knowledge, pursuing a professional designation, or completing state mandated continuing education. We also offer individual coaching and business planning and development.
More Than 150 Class Sessions Annually
Nebraska Realty offers dozens of class topics ranging from understanding contracts and property marketing, pricing and social media. The majority of our courses are approved through the State of Nebraska for Continuing Education and Broker Approved Training. We provide the state Mandated Continuing Education (MCE) to all of our agents absolutely FREE. We also provide additional classes taught by industry experts in related fields such as Financing, Title, Home Inspection, etc. are also offered on a weekly basis.
We are very mindful that everyone is busy which is why our classes are offered at convenient times, are run efficiently, and are constantly being updated to provide the most relevant content in the shortest amount of time.
Located in our new 45,000 square foot headquarters we have a state-of-the-art training facility that will provide seating for up to 75 people, and the latest in technology to provide a great learning environment. Our facilities will allow us to provide even more class offerings through on-line courses, webinars, and industry related speakers.
Our back end system we call our “Realtor Resource” offers a wide selection of training material including articles, marketing materials, industry products and resources, contract tutorials, links and contact information, class schedules, and much more.
Peer Collaboration & Accountability
Many of our REALTORS® have experienced tremendous benefits both personally and professionally through being involved with one of our accountability or peer collaboration groups. These groups typically meet on a bi-weekly basis, and usually consist of five to ten people. Some of the groups are more goal-orientated, while others are just informational in nature. Groups are designed to pair the needs of the individual with those of the group so as to provide the best fit for everyone. The most valuable part of the groups comes from the interaction between members, the sharing of personal successes and failures, the latest and greatest products or services, and problem solving in an effort to make all the members of the group better.
