Our Marketing Center
In addition to our listing marketing system, Nebraska Realty also provides a large marketing suite of services that includes templates for all personal and property marketing.  Our marketing center has hundreds of professional marketing pieces including flyers, post cards, newsletters, and e-marketing.

Digital Document Platform
Our document platform houses all of our contracts, disclosures, and addendums electronically in an intuitive cloud-based environment for easy access.  We combine this with electronic signatures and cloud-based transaction management so you can efficiently deliver contracts to your clients, and access your files where ever you are at the touch of button.

Yes we still have paper contracts too!  As much as technology has changed our industry, we still very much believe we are in the people business.  Technology is a tool to help us deliver faster and better service, but that doesn’t mean it is the best thing for everyone.  All of our forms can be printed from our website, and we provide pre-printed copies of all of our contracts at our office locations.

Cloud-Based Transaction Management System
Nebraska Realty is an industry leader in providing technologies that help our agents and our clients transact business better and more efficiently.  This is why we were the first large local company to provide electronic signatures and cloud-based transaction management systems to all of our agents at no cost to them.  We aren’t satisfied with being first, we also want to continue to provide the best tools and services to our agents, which is why we are continually upgrades our systems as technology evolves.

Personalized Mobile App
We were the first local real estate company to develop from scratch a local mobile real estate app.  In our pursuit to constantly improve, and after about 15 different updates to the app over a three year period, we decided to produce another one that was even better.  We feel we have the best mobile real estate app in our market, at least until we decide to do the next one!

Personal Agent Websites
We provide each one of our agents with a personal website that they can customize to market themselves individually.  Our agent websites combine the robust search functionality of our company website nebraskarealty.com while allowing each agent to customize their site with personal information, professional designations, videos, links, and listings.

Personal Nebraska Realty Email Account
Many of our agents like to separate their professional email with their personal.  We offer an email platform through Microsoft 365 that looks and functions very similar to outlook.

CRM – Customer Relationship Management System
One of the crucial elements of our business is to stay in touch with our clients and prospects.  Our customer relationship manager helps our agents do this by combining a contact manager with ready-to-go marketing pieces.  Reminders can be set for daily tasks, or on-line drip campaigns.

We work very hard and pay special attention to our on-line presence.  We understand that providing a good user experience is extremely important when there are so many options for consumers to choose from.  We are constantly improving and upgrading our website with the latest technology to provide the most accurate, easy-to-use, and informative real estate website possible.

It is not good enough just to have a great website, people have to find it and quickly!  Search engines are incredibly complicated, and they are always evolving, which is why we employ daily SEO strategies to drive traffic to our website.  Our goal is simple to drive as many users to our website as possible, and to deliver a great customer experience so they will keep coming back and even tell their friends about us.

Social Media Marketing
Social media is ingrained in our daily lives in just about everything we do.  We recognize this and see it as a great opportunity to promote our company, and our agents.  We spend considerable time and money each day improving the quality, reach, and engagement of our social media.

As a replacement to our first generation on-line message boards, we now offer social media groups for our staff and agents to collaborate amongst each other.  It is a great way for our company to deliver information quickly to our agents, and for agents ask each other questions in a group setting.
